【重要なお知らせ】Booking.comを装った不審なメール等にご注意ください
いつもUmekoji Potel KYOTO（梅小路ポテル京都）をご利用いただきましてありがとうございます。
この度、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」を通じて、JR西日本ホテルズの「ホテルヴィスキオ京都」をご予約いただいた一部のお客様に対し、クレジットカード情報に関連するご予約の確認を装った案内やフィッシングサイトへ誘導するURLリンクが記載されたメッセージが送信されていることが確認されました。
上記のようなメッセージ、または不審な内容のメッセージを受信された場合には、記載されているURLリンクには決してアクセスされないようお願い申し上げます。また、当社からメールやSNS等を利用して、お客様に直接ご連絡することは一切ございません。
本件につきましては、現在Booking.comに詳細の確認を進めております。
また、グループホテルのセキュリティ対策といたしまして、Booking.com管理システムのログインパスワードを変更するなど、すでに必要な措置を講じております。
お客様にはご不安をおかけしておりますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

【Important Notice】Beware of Suspicious Emails and Messages Impersonating Booking.com
We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations at Hotel Vischio Kyoto, a JR-West Hotels property, through Booking.com have received fraudulent messages via email and messaging apps. These messages request credit card information under the guise of booking confirmations and include links to phishing websites.
If you receive such a message or any suspicious communication, please do not access any links included in the message.
Please note that our hotels will never contact guests via WhatsApp, messaging apps, or social media regarding reservation or payment information.
We are currently working with Booking.com to investigate this matter further.
In addition, as part of our security measures, we have already taken the necessary actions, including changing the passwords for our Booking.com management system.
We sincerely apologize for any concern this situation may have caused our valued guests.
We kindly ask that you remain cautious regarding this matter.
